The difference between woven wristband and satin wristband

Satin wristbands have a smoother appearance than woven wristbands. Their fibres are much less visible. They are usually printed in sublimation (a printing technique that can reproduce all types of visuals, without colour limit) on the front while the back remains white. However, for an additional cost, it is possible to print the back as well. As other options (for an additional cost), you can also add an RFID chip, a barcode or a numbering on the wristbands. The woven wristbands consist of 8 carefully interwoven threads of fabric, more visible. You can clearly see the difference with the satin fabric by looking at the back. This product is highly resistant and high quality and is generally preferred for festivals. You can also customise this type of wristband according to your needs with a visual containing a maximum of 8 different colours. We also offer polyester wristbands with cut-out parts without fraying problems, available on request.

Just like our vinyl wristbands or our stretch wristbands, they can be used by event professionals to easily recognise or count attendees of many types of events. You can of course customise the look of your wristband as you wish, especially thanks to our online designer. Several types of closures are also available.

Different types of closures and the possibility of recycled materials

Besides the possibilities of customising the look of your wristbands, you can also choose from different types of closures. Sliding, pressure, anti-torsion, flat or round closure, many options are available. Do you make a point of respecting the environment? Then you'll be pleased to hear that there are "green" versions of our satin wristbands. They are made with recycled polyester from plastic bottles (r. P. E. T.) and can be fitted with a sliding closure made of 50% sustainable bamboo and 50% recycled plastic. Other types of closures are also possible for these wristbands.

Short delivery times

To shine in the events industry it is important to be able to respond to orders in a short time. PDC deploys efficient solutions to meet the requirements of its customers. So we do not outsource the printing of our wristbands. We have our own printing house, which allows us to shorten the lead times for urgent orders. PDC also has a distribution centre to facilitate fast deliveries. Delivery of fabric wristbands may take between 9 and 15 days after validation of your order.
