How do you customise your lanyard?

Do you need a customised lanyard for your company or for an event? Our customisation tool lets you customise your lanyard in the blink of an eye. This might be for your employees or for a specific event such as a trade fair, conference, open day for customers or for staff. PDC offers several models of lanyard and a range of customisation options.

The different customisation techniques

We offer several different customisation techniques: screen printing, four-colour printing and weaving.

Screen printing

Some of our models are screen-printed. This printing method is more economical and produces bright colours. However, it can only be done with a single marking colour (up to three colours on request) and colour gradients are not possible.

Weaving

Woven lanyards are made from coloured threads woven together. The visual is sewn directly into the fabric, making it extremely durable. However, with this technique you can only use one colour for the text (up to three colours on request).

Four-colour printing

With four-colour printing, you can print whatever visuals you want on your lanyard. There are no limits in terms of colours and gradients. These lanyards are printed using sublimation, a technique that prints complex visuals in several colours.

What colours and sizes do our lanyards come in?

We have lanyards in different sizes and colours. Customisable lanyards with screen printing and woven lanyards (single-colour printing) are available in several colours. You can choose the background colour you want for your lanyard, as well as the colour you want for your print. These two types of lanyard can only be customised online on one side (customisation on both sides is available on request). Four-colour printed lanyards are basic white and always printed on both sides.

What accessories should I add to my lanyard?

You can also opt for our standard stitched finish or a more elegant metal finish. You can also choose the fastener that suits you best from all those on offer: snap hook, metal clip, metal split ring for keys, plastic clip, and many more. You can also add a badge holder to your lanyard. We have a wide range of badge holders, so you're sure to find what you're looking for. If you want to put a badge directly on the lanyard, we also sell perforated badges, which are ideal for this purpose. You can also combine your lanyard with one of our badge reels. Not sure which one to choose? To make it easier for you, we've developed a 3-in-1 lanyard: our SlimReel model. This lanyard features a cord with an anti-strangulation safety clip and a yo-yo badge reel. These two elements can be used separately or together, to provide a complete solution for your badges.
